Literature Text

Oh, sweet brethren of joy
Oh, that which suffice
Whose scent does tantalize
And whose flavor is nice

Your sweet innocent gaze
Your silken touch
Invoke passion and fire
And sugarlust

The thought of you enraptures
And makes my heart sing
May the goddess of sweetness
Lift you on feathered wing

The gossamer feel
Of your soft, glazy skin
Would awaken
Even the dullest of kin

Your existence itself
Is beauty divine
I shall adore thy glamour
'Til the ends of time

Oh heavenly, golden, airy caress
You are the object of my obsessiveness
No substance volatile
No fires of hell
Could describe the passion
That in me wells

The dreamy fantasies
That your essence implores
Would slake any soul's thirst
But still I want more

The chalice of desire
Can never be filled
To hold you forever
Is my eternal will

May my stomach be your stronghold
Your sanctuary
As long as I'm living
My one true love you'll be
Written for the poetry unit in my creative writing class. I love donuts :XD:
