Personality: Skye loves getting to know people and forming meaningful friendships, but she is also fairly guarded about her personal life/feelings, sometimes without even realizing it herself. Though she tends to keep to herself most of the time, she thrives on genuine, one-on-one interactions. Because of this, she can’t really be considered shy, but it can be difficult to know her very deeply. She is an incredibly hard worker, often getting so wrapped up in studying and keeping herself busy that she forgets to interact with others. Most of the time, she’s very gentle and sweet and a little self-conscious, but her competitive, confident side sparks to life on the battlefield.

History: Studies at Yamabuki because she dreams of raising a team of her own and becoming a Pokémon Master. Training Pokémon is her one true passion, and she obsessively studies battle and competitive strategies in her free time. She didn’t want to be vice pres of Battle Club but she was nominated and voted in against her will, so she felt pressured to take the position.

Ideas for scenarios/flags:

Event 1: Player is looking for a library book and runs into Skye while she’s working there. Haru remembers they’re in homeroom together and they chat a little; Skye asks Haru if he’s/she’s interested in Battle Club (choice is whether or not to attend Battle Club next week)

Event 2A: Haru checks out Battle Club to see what it’s all about; some members reveal that Skye is the vice pres, which she neglected to mention herself; Skye has a mock battle with Haru and afterwards, she introduces Haru to her best friend, Nora the Nidoqueen

Unlock by choosing “yes” to Battle Club in Event 1 and then going to Field

Event 2B: Haru is reading in the park; Skye is taking a walk with Nora the Nidoqueen and stops to say hi; they discuss books and how Battle Club went, and Haru gets to meet Nora

Unlock by choosing “no” to Battle Club in Event 1 and then going to Park.

Event 3: Haru sits by Skye in homeroom to chat; whether or not Haru went to Battle Club in event 2 affects the beginning of this event but it merges into the same dialogue partway through; as Skye leaves homeroom, she drops a locket; after looking inside, Haru must decide how to return it to her

Event 4: visit Skye while she’s working in the library; Haru returns her locket (or asks if she got it back, if player chose to give it to Eva-sensei) and this prompts Skye to ask whether Haru looked inside it

Event 5: Haru gets dragged into a Battle Club meeting on the way home and battles Skye; Haru predicts that Skye will follow her usual preference for bird Pokémon so he chooses to use Rhyhorn; Skye freezes up, says she doesn’t feel well, and runs off; the club members reveal she has a bad phobia of Rhyhorns (choice is whether to follow her and try to comfort her, or let her have her space to calm down)

Event 6A: Haru meets up with Skye in homeroom and has a "grand plan" for telling Skye how much she means to him/her; whether or not Haru views Skye as a best friend or something more is up to you
